Method
- Soak the brede with very small quantity of water and mash it.
- Add salt ,chilies, corriaendar, cheese, half cup soaked saboodana and mix properly.
- Roll them into desired shapes.
- Now roll these rolls into remaining saboodana.
- Deep fry them
- Serve with sauce or chatani.
Ingredients:
bread 8 pieces
saboodana soaked 1cup
green chilies 5-6
coriander 2 tsp
salt and garam masala as per to taste
cheese cubes grated 4
oil for frying
