Cabbage Muthiyas

Method

  1. Mix first 12 ingredients.

  2. Make a soft dough using yogurt (use more yogurt if needed)

  3. Grease the plates.

  4. Make big long shaped muthiyas and steam each plate for 20 mins. When cool,cut into pieces.

  5. Heat oil and add mustard seeds. When the seeds crackled, add curry leaves. Pour it on muthiya pieces.

  6. Sprinkle chopped coriander and serve hot.

You could use shredded zuccini, lauki, carrots, spinach, leftover rice instead of cabbage.

Ingredients:
1. 2 cups shredded Cabbage
2. 1 cup Dhokala Flour (corn flour will do good if dhokala flour is not available)
3. 1/2 cup Besan
4. 1/2 cup Wheat Flour
5. 1 cup Yogurt (more if required.)
6. 1/2 cup Sesame seeds
7. Chopped Green Chillies to taste
8. Salt to taste
9. 2 tbsp. Ginger-Garlic paste
10. 1 tbsp. Cumin-Coriander powder
11. 2 tsp. Turmeric powder
12. Oil for sauting
Mustard seeds
Curry leaves
Chopped Coriander for garnishing
