Cheesi, semolina patties

Method
  1. Heat butter, add onions and sooji. Fry till pink. Remove and cool.
  2. Mix water to make a batter. Keep for 30 minutes. Mix and add cheese, capsicum, salt, red chilli powder, cabbage, cheese, green chillies and make a dough.
  3. Heat oil, with oily hands, slide patties and fry from both the sides on slow heat.
  4. Serve with sauce.
Ingredients:
1 cup sooji (semolina)
1 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup grated cheese
1/2 tea cup chopped green capsicum
1 tbsp chopped green chillies
1 tbsp butter
1 cup cottage cheese
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
Oil to fry
