Dal Cutlet

Method
  1. Mix all the chopped vegetables, dal, bread crumbs, green chilli, salt, ginger garlic paste, corainder leaves nad make a soft dough.
  2. Make small balls of the mixture, flatten the ball, fill it with little of grated cheese and again form into a ball.
  3. Flatten the ball slightly with hands and deep fry in the oil till golden brown.
  4. Serve hot with green chutney and tomato ketchup.
Ingredients:
1 cup - dal (left over dal)
1cup - bread crumbs
1 cup - chopped vegetables ( capsicum, cabbage, french beans, carrot, boiled green peas, boiled potatoes)
green chilli
salt to taste
1 tsp - ginger garlic paste
corainder leaves
cheese grated
oil for deep frying
green chutney
