Kissan Paneer Roll

  1. Heat pan
  2. Add oil
  3. Add rai and Cumin and wait till they crackle
  4. Add chopped onion and sauté till it becomes brown
  5. Add Ginger garlic and tomato
  6. Stir for 2 min
  7. Now add rest dry masalas including salt and Kissan tomato ketchup
  8. Mix the ingredients and ensure the masala is cooked
  9. Add the grated Paneer and mix well
  10. Cook for 2- 3 min more
  11. Add Coriander to garnish
  12. Place the sabji on Paratha & Roll
  13. Your yummy Kissan Paneer roll is ready
50g grated paneer
1tbsp chopped onions
1/2 tbsp tomato chopped
1tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 pinch cumin
1 pinch rai/mustard seed
1tbsp chopped coriander
1tbsp red chilli
1 pinch haldi powder
1/2 tbsp kitchen king masala
1 pinch salt for taste
1 pinch chat masala
1tbsp Kissan fresh tomato ketchup
1/2 tbsp oil
