Kissan Spinach Roll

Method
  1. Heat pan
  2. Add oil
  3. Add rai and cumin and wait till they crackle
  4. Add chopped onion and sauté till it becomes brown
  5. Add ginger garlic paste and tomato
  6. Stir fry for 2 min
  7. Now add rest dry masalas including salt and Kissan tomato ketchup
  8. Mix the ingredients and ensure the masala is cooked
  9. Add the Spinach and mix well
  10. Cook for 2- 3 min more
  11. Add coriander to garnish
  12. Place the sabji on paratha and roll
  13. Your yummy Kissan Spinach Roll is ready
Ingredients:
Boiled spinach with water drained from it 1/2 bunch
1tbsp chopped onions
1/2 tbsp tomato chopped
1tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 pinch cumin
1 pinch rai(Mustard seed)
1tbsp chopped Coriander
1/2 tbsp chopped green chilli
1 pinch haldi powder
1 pinch dhaniya/coriander powder
1 pinch salt for taste
1 pinch chat masala
1tbsp Kissan fresh tomato ketchup
1/2 tbsp Oil
