plantain (raw banana) - 4 nos
onion - 2 nos (big size)
ginger and garlic paste - 2 tsp
red chilli powder - 1 tsp

green chillies - 2 to 4 nos
grated coriander leaves - 2 tsp
cron flour - 2 tbsp
semolina - 4 tbsp
salt to taste
oil for fry
