Method
  1. Put all the ingredients, except cornflour, in a mixing jar and grind till fine.
  2. Add cornflour for binding.
  3. Divide the mixture into lemon sized portions.
  4. Roll into cylindrical kababs along the greased skewers.
  5. Cook in a hot oven or over charcoal fire for eight to 10 minutes or till done.
  6. Slice and serve with sliced cucumbers and tomatoes.
Ingredients:
500 g - potatoes, roasted
1 tsp (5 g) - finely chopped green chillies
2 tsp (10 g) - fried onions
4 tsp (20 g) - fried cashewnuts
2 tsp (10 g) - mint leaves
1 tsp (5 g) - garam masala powder
3 sprigs - coriander leaves, chopped
2 tsp (10 g) - cornflour
salt to taste
