Ingredients:
4 Bread Slices (square sandwich type)
2 cups Plain Yoghurt (curd)
One teaspoon grated Ginger
2 Green Chilli cut into small pieces
2/3 spring onions, chopped
2 tbsp. green chutney (made with coriander leaves, garlic, cumin seeds and salt to taste)
A few chopped coriander leaves
1/2 tea spoon Mustard seed
1/4 tea spoon Turmeric powder
1 table spoon Butter
Some Coriander leaves to garnish
Salt to taste
