Method
  1. Hang the curd in a cotton cloth or tea chalni for about 15-20 minutes, so that the excess water drains out.
  2. Then add all vegetables and masalas according to taste and mix well.
  3. Spread the mixture on bread slice and cover it with the other slice like any other sandwich.
  4. Heat the tava and pour 2 tbsp oil. Add rai to it.
  5. When it starts to sprinkle place the breads on tava and fry from both sides.
  6. Serve hot with green chutney.
Ingredients:
2 - breads
1/2 - finely chopped onion
1/2 - finely chopped tomato
1/2 - finely chopped cucumber (carrots, cauliflower -optional)
1 to 2 - green chillies, finely chopped
1/2 tbsp - oil
2 tbsp - curd
1/2 tsp - salt
1/2 tsp - red chilly powder
1/2 tsp - garam masala
1/2 tsp - pudina powder
1/2 tsp - rai
finely chopped coriander leaves
