Method
- Add the curd to rava and ferment it for over night.
- In the morning, when the mixture has raised slightly then the normal level, add the few flakes of ginger into it along with salt, turmeric and green chilies.
- Take the vessel to make dhokla or some flat bottom vessel that will fit the cooker and put the mixture into it.
- Put the lid of the pressure cooker and allow it to steam with out the weight for 15 to 20 mins.
- After 15 to 20 mins, switch off the cooker.
- When the cooker cools down then place the cooked dhokla in the plate and cut it into squares.
- Take a small pan and then put some oil.
- Add sesame seeds and mustard.
- When the mustard begins to spurt then put it on the dhokla.
- Garnish it with coriander leaves.

1 cup - suji (rava)
1 cup - curd
few flakes - ginger
2 - green chilies
1tsp - turmeric
1 tsp - sesame seeds
1 tsp - mustard (rai)
coriander leaves
salt to taste
