Method
  1. Add the curd to rava and ferment it for over night.
  2. In the morning, when the mixture has raised slightly then the normal level, add the few flakes of ginger into it along with salt, turmeric and green chilies.
  3. Take the vessel to make dhokla or some flat bottom vessel that will fit the cooker and put the mixture into it.
  4. Put the lid of the pressure cooker and allow it to steam with out the weight for 15 to 20 mins.
  5. After 15 to 20 mins, switch off the cooker.
  6. When the cooker cools down then place the cooked dhokla in the plate and cut it into squares.
  7. Take a small pan and then put some oil.
  8. Add sesame seeds and mustard.
  9. When the mustard begins to spurt then put it on the dhokla.
  10. Garnish it with coriander leaves.

1 cup - suji (rava)
1 cup - curd
few flakes - ginger
2 - green chilies
1tsp - turmeric
1 tsp - sesame seeds
1 tsp - mustard (rai)
coriander leaves
salt to taste
