Bittergourd Chips

Method

  1. Scrap the bittergourd and cut them into round slices like chips.

  2. Add 1/2 table spoon salt and put them into a bowl for about 10 minutes.

  3. Squeez the pieces of Bittergourd to remove the water.

  4. Fry the chips until golden brown.

  5. Make course powder with Red chillies, Coriander seeds, Jeera & Garlic cloves.

  6. Then put oil in the frying pan and add this mixture fry it for a minute then add the fried bitter gourd chips and 1/2 spoon of salt and mix it for a minute or two. Now the Bittergourd chips are ready to eat.

These chips can be served with rice , or as a side dish with any other curry.
