Mix all ingredients together to make the soft dough (water can be added if needed or flour can be added if the dough comes out too soft). Fill the sev machine using the chakri plate and fry till brown.

Can be served as snacks or breakfast. Kids will love them as snacks.

1 container sour cream.
3 containers rice flour (use the same container of the sour cream to measure).
Ginger, salt and red pepper powder to taste.
Sesame seeds, ajwain.

Note: Notice that you are not using oil or butter to make the dough. Also, the lite sour cream can be used for health concious individuals.
