Wash the potatoes under kitchen tap for two minutes to take away all the bazar dirt and dust.
Slice the potatoes in your slicer ( or else even with a good knife, if u can )
Wash these slices in a large bowl again
Sink these in water in the bowl
Add about six tea spoons of salt to the water in the bowl
Heat till the water comes to boiling point (caution : do not boil the potatoes at all)
Wash down the slices till cold under tap
Fry in a deep bowl afetr heating the oil till golden brown
You have just made the greatest Chips in the world.
