Mix maida, chilli powder, Cumin seeds (pounded lightly), ginger paste, butter and salt.
Make it to a soft dough with little warm water. Keep aside for 10 min.
Roll little dough into a big chapati with little dry flour.
Cut into diamond shaped pieces and deep fry in the oil till golden brown.
Drain out the oil and sprinkle curry powder and salt (when they are warm).
Cool it and store in an air tight container. Stays fresh upto one month.
