Method

  1. Make a dough using clubsoda (not water) to chapati consistency.

  2. Make into tiny balls. Press 5 at a time in the roti maker. (my kids love to help press). Fry in very hot oil and store in airtight container.

Grind with water (should be thin).
Chill for several hours.

You can substitute apple butter for sweet chutney.
Boil potatoes, moong beans mash and mix together.

You can substitute salted boondhi for Guru Kripa type panipuri.

The only thing missing is the BHAIYA. (use your imagination)

Ingredients:
Wheat Flour-1 cup
Maida-1 cup
Rava-5 cups
Salt to taste.

Mint,
greenchillies,
blacksalt,
lemonjuice,
tamarind,
panipuri powder.
