Steam the maida flour in cooker for 2 whistles or in micro wave for 8mins without adding water with the flour.
Mixurad dalpowder, steamed maida flour, butter, salt,asafoetida powder, sesame seeds and make a dough out of this by adding small quantity of water
Keep the dough aside for 20-30 mins.
Fill the mullu murruku (chakli) press with the dough.
Heat oil in a kadai and when the oil is hot, press the dough onto the oil.
Cook to a light golden color or until the hissing sound ceases.
Remove and drain it on a kitchen paper towel.
Store it in a dry airtight container
