Moong Methi Bhajiya

Method
  1. Wash cut the methi leaves into small pieces.
  2. Make a batter of soaked and ground moong dal, salt, curd, sugar adding 1 tsp. hot oil to it.
  3. Add methi leaves to it mix well.
  4. Fry out bhajiyas.
Ingredients:
150 g - soaked and ground yellow moong dal
100 g - fresh methi leaves
1 - green chilli
a pinch of sugar
1 tsp - curd
oil for cooking
salt to taste
