Method
- Wash carrots, steam/micro/blanch to soften just a little.
- Repeat for bottlegourd.
- Chop tomato, bottlegourd, carrot in chunks.
- Put in an electric blender, grind to a smooth paste.
- Add all other ingredients, run further till smooth and frothy.
- Strain, pour into individual glasses.
