Mint lemon juice

Method
  1. Wash and chop mint leaves to fine pieces.
  2. Grate ginger to small pieces.
  3. Keep jaggery pwd ready.
  4. Boil 2 cups of water.
  5. Add mint leaves, ginger & jaggery.
  6. Allow to boil for just 2 mins.
  7. Remove from flame and keep it covered.
  8. When it is warm, add a tbsp of lemon juice.
  9. Stir well.
  10. Chill it in a refrigerator.
  11. Pour it in a glass and garnish with mint leaves.
