Mulberry-Apple Combo

Method
  1. Soak mulberry in water for 20-30 mins.
  2. Drain soaked berries, put in an electric blender.
  3. Add apple , grind to a smooth paste.
  4. Add all other ingredients, whisk again till smooth and frothy.
  5. Strain if desired, but there is not need.
  6. Serve chilled and frothy.

Making time: 10 minutes
Makes: 4 servings
Shelflife: 1 day refrigerated

Ingredients:
1 cup - mulberry
1 - apple, diced
2 tbsp - sugar
1 tbsp - honey
1 tsp - lemon juice
2 to 3 - pinches salt
500 ml - chilled water
