Method
- Peel, deseed and slice papaya into big chunks.
- Put papaya, apple in an electric blender.
- Add all other ingredients.
- Run mixer till ingredients are very smooth.
- Add water, run further till mixture is even and frothy.
- Strain through a nonmetallic sieve.
- Pour into individual glass while still frothy.
- Serve chilled.
