Method

  1. Boil Mix vegetables in cooker for 2 whistle. Cut onion in small pieces.

  2. In large pan, simmer oil and fry, onions, ginger, garlic until onion is light yellow.

  3. Add all slices in pan

  4. Add crushed boiled mix vegetables in pan with onion & other spices mixed.

  5. add tomato sauce to the mix in pan and little water.

  6. add 1 TSP of garam masala or Ready Pav-bhaji masala

Ingredients:
Mix Vegetables (Corn, Carrot, green beans, cauli flower, potato) - 1 Lb
Onion - 1 Large
Tomato sauce - 1 6 Oz can
Salt - 1 tsp
Sugar - 1/2 tsp
Jalapeno - 1
Fresh Garlic shredded - 1/2 tsp
Fresh Ginger shredded - 1 tsp
Veg. Oil- 1/2 cup
Garam masala - 1 TSP or Pav-bhaji Masala - 1 tsp
2 Nan or 3 Bun or Slice of Bread
