Pineapple Idlli Sandwhich
Method
- Roast the idli on the Tava till golden brown on both side
- Fry the curry leaves
- Prepare a mixture of Kissan Pineapple Jam, chaat masala and fried curry leaves
- Cut the idlis into two and spread the mixture between them
- Garnish with some fried curry leaves before serving
Ingredients:
2 Tbsp Kissan Pineapple Jam
2 nos Idlis
2 Tsp oil
10 Curry Leaves
1 tsp Chaat Masala
