Cheese Macaroni

Method

  1. Boil macaroni with salt for 5 to 10 minutes till half boiled. Remove the water in which it was boiled and run cold water over it till it is cool.

  2. Apply 1 tbsp oil over the boiled macaroni so that they don't stick to each other and keep it aside.

  3. Boil potatoes, remove the skin and cut it into small pieces.

  4. Take a broad vessel or Kadhai and pour 3 tbsp of oil or butter. Put the cut potato pieces and boiled peas. Mix it thoroughly with 1/2 teaspoon of salt. Add boiled and cooled macaroni & pepper and mix it thoroughly.

  5. Take a baking dish, apply little oil to it and put the mixed potatoes and macaroni and spead the grated cheese over it.

  6. Sprinkle pepper over the cheese and bake it in a oven at 180o C for 15-20 minutes till the added cheese melts. Remove and serve hot.

Ingredients:
Macaroni -1 pocket
Potato - 1/2 kg
Boiled Peas - 1/2 cup
Cheese (grated) - 1 tin
Oil or Butter - 4 tbs
Salt & Pepper
