Method
  1. Cut the onions and green chilli into very small pieces.
  2. Fry this and keep aside.
  3. Mix this with the dosa batter.
  4. Now keep the paniyaram kallu on the stove.
  5. Pour a small teaspoon of oil into each kuzhi.
  6. Now put the dosa batter into the kuzhi with the help of a spoon.
  7. Pour oil on top of this and wait for a few minutes.
  8. With the help of the paniyaram kambi, turn the paniyaram within the kuzhi so that it fries on both sides.
  9. It is done when it is golden brown
  10. Serve hot with puli kuzhambu.
Ingredients:
dosa batter(sour batter-preferable)
green chillies
onions
cooking oil
