Method
  1. Mix ghee,salt & maida.
  2. Mould the batter, keep it aside for 1/2 hr.
  3. Cook chana dal in a pressure-cooked.
  4. Add salt.
  5. Do not cook much.
  6. It should not be mashed.
  7. Open cooker lid & heat oil in a pan.
  8. Add onions, jeera, curry leaves.
  9. As the onions become brown, add to the dal. Make it boil for 5 mins.
  10. Add chat masala while serving.
  11. Now make thick puris.
  12. Deep fry. Press the puris and make them hard while frying.
  13. Once it becomes golden, remove from the pan.
  14. Serve with chana dal & some onions.
