Humus Dip (Chick Pea)

Method
  1. Soak chickpea overnight.
  2. Next day boil chickpea (add salt and turmeric).
  3. In a grinder add chickpea, roasted sesame seeds, lemon juice, salt, little pepper and chillie powder.
  4. Pour olive oil slowly and if consistency is too thick add the remaining of the chickpea water.
  5. This dip can be served with Pita bread, or corn chips.
