Mix all the ingredients and prepare not too thick/ not to thin batter. Keep aside for 10 minutes.
Heat dosa pan. Spread 2-3 drops of oil on the pan with paper/ onion slice. Stir the batter properly and pour on tava to make small ghavan (Do not spread like dosa just pour from top).
Serve hot. Your cant it this without anything. You can also add rava just 3-4 minutes before making Ghavan.
*If rice flour is too old or made out of new rice it might stick to tava.
