Method
  1. Take 1 fresh corn and remove the kernels or get the forzen corn kernels.
  2. Take a kadai and add oil and allow the oil to heat.
  3. Add the corn kernels and saute it in heated oil, saute the corn until its color to light brown.
  4. Now add red chili powder,salt and saute it properly.
  5. Add lemon juice to the mixture.
  6. Let it cook for 1 min
  7. Serve it hot as it taste the best.
  8. This is a tasty snack along with Tea / Coffe on a rainy day.
Ingredients:
fresh corn kernels - 1 cup
chilli powder - 1 tsp
fresh lemon juice - 1/4 cup
oil for frying
salt to taste
