Method
- Take 1 fresh corn and remove the kernels or get the forzen corn kernels.
- Take a kadai and add oil and allow the oil to heat.
- Add the corn kernels and saute it in heated oil, saute the corn until its color to light brown.
- Now add red chili powder,salt and saute it properly.
- Add lemon juice to the mixture.
- Let it cook for 1 min
- Serve it hot as it taste the best.
- This is a tasty snack along with Tea / Coffe on a rainy day.

fresh corn kernels - 1 cup
chilli powder - 1 tsp
fresh lemon juice - 1/4 cup
oil for frying
salt to taste
