Method
  1. Mix maida and wheat flour (wheat flour optional).
  2. Add oil 3 tsp, a pinch of turmeric and water and mix it well into a smooth dough.
  3. Add 2-3 tsp of oil on the top of that and keep it aside for 1 hr.
  4. Meanwhile, In a kadai saute mustard, cumin, oil, finely chooped onions and chillies.
  5. Then add the smashed potato, salt (as per taste) and the chopped coriander leaves (do not add water to this) and make softballs out of this curry.
  6. Make small balls from the dough and roll out like chappathi.
  7. Place the potato curry balls on the chapti and cover the ball and then flaten it with your plam.
  8. On the Hot tava, add ghee and fry it till cooked.
  9. Enjoy this with chutney, powder and yogurt.
Ingredients:
1 - potato, boiled and smashed
1 cup - maida
1 - onion, finely chopped
1 - green chilli, chopped
coriander leaves, finely chopped
oil for frying
salt to taste
