Method
- Mix maida and wheat flour (wheat flour optional).
- Add oil 3 tsp, a pinch of turmeric and water and mix it well into a
smooth dough.
- Add 2-3 tsp of oil on the top of that and keep it aside for 1 hr.
- Meanwhile, In a kadai saute mustard, cumin, oil, finely chooped onions and chillies.
- Then add the smashed potato, salt (as per taste) and the chopped coriander leaves (do not add water to this) and make softballs out of this curry.
- Make small balls from the dough and roll out like chappathi.
- Place the potato curry balls on the chapti and cover the ball and then flaten it with your plam.
- On the Hot tava, add ghee and fry it till cooked.
- Enjoy this with chutney, powder and yogurt.

1 - potato, boiled and smashed
1 cup - maida
1 - onion, finely chopped
1 - green chilli, chopped
coriander leaves, finely chopped
oil for frying
salt to taste
