Masoor dal ke kebabs

Method
  1. Add pototo, garlic, chillies with dal and pressure cook this for about 3-4 whistles with very little water.
  2. Mash it all and add finely chopped onion and coriander with it mix it all very well.
  3. Make round shaped kebabs with it.
  4. Deep fry it.
  5. Serve with green chutney or tomato ketchup.
Ingredients:
4 cup - whole masoor dal (soaked overnight)
2 - medium sized potato
1/2 tsp - black pepper powder
1 - finely chopped onions
2 to 3 cloves - finely chopped garlic
3 to 4 - finely chopped green chilles
coriander, finely chopped
1 tbsp - chat masala
salt to taste
