Method
- Bake potatoes at 300 degrees for about 1 hour or boil until soft when pierced with fork.
- Cut each lengthwise; scoop out centers.
- Fill the centers of potatoes with (mix of boiled veg, tomato twist, and sweet corn) mix.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese on top and bake in an oven for 5-6 min.
- Use the Tomato cherry for garnishing

Potatoes 4 nos
1 tbsp cheese (20 gm)
1 tbsp corn (15 gm)
1 tbsp fine chopped mix veg boiled (15 gm)
2 tbsp Kissan creamy spread tomato twist (1 tbls 20 gm)
Tomato cherry (5-6 pices)
