Method
  1. First take urad dal in a vessel and add sufficient water and boil it in pressure cooker.
  2. After it is boiled, take it out and grind it into a fine paste in a mixie.
  3. Add the remaining items like rice flour salt, chilli powder and sesame seeds.
  4. Mix well and put it in the muruku mold and prepare and fry in hot oil on medium heat.
  5. They will be very tasty and can be preserved for 1 month.
Ingredients:
1 cup - urad dal
3 cups - rice flour
1 tbsp - til
salt as per taste
chilli powder as per taste
oil for deep fry
