Method
- First take urad dal in a vessel and add sufficient water and boil it in pressure cooker.
- After it is boiled, take it out and grind it into a fine paste in a mixie.
- Add the remaining items like rice flour salt, chilli powder and sesame seeds.
- Mix well and put it in the muruku mold and prepare and fry in hot oil on medium heat.
- They will be very tasty and can be preserved for 1 month.

salt as per taste
