Method
  1. Mix rice powder with salt water as we do for making puttu.
  2. Mix with coconut grated. Add vegetables and other ingredients.
  3. Can be cooked in puttu maker or idli vessels.

Note:
The carbohydrate in rice helps boost energy levels

Ingredients:
3 cups - rice powder
11/2 cup - coconut (grated)
1/2 cup - coriander leaves (chopped)
2 - carrots (medium, grated)
1/2 - beetroot (medium, grated)
1/4 - cabbage (medium, grated)
1/2 inch - ginger (crushed)
2 tsp - curry leaves (chopped)
salt to taste
water as required
