Method
- Mix rice powder with salt water as we do for making puttu.
- Mix with coconut grated. Add vegetables and other ingredients.
- Can be cooked in puttu maker or idli vessels.

The carbohydrate in rice helps boost energy levels

3 cups - rice powder
11/2 cup - coconut (grated)
1/2 cup - coriander leaves (chopped)
2 - carrots (medium, grated)
1/2 - beetroot (medium, grated)
1/4 - cabbage (medium, grated)
1/2 inch - ginger (crushed)
2 tsp - curry leaves (chopped)
salt to taste
water as required
