Bread Vegetable Vada

Method
  1. Immerse the bread slices in water.
  2. Squeeze the water out and crumble the bread.
  3. Boil the potato, peel off the skin and mash the potato.
  4. Mix the bread, potato and other ingredients.
  5. Make small vadas of the mixture and deep fry in oil.
  6. Serve hot with tomato sauce.
Ingredients:
6 slices - bread
1 cup - finely sliced onion
1 cup - finely sliced vegetables (carrot, cabbage, beans)
1 - potato
1/2 tsp - chilli powder
1 tsp - ginger-garlic paste
salt to taste
oil to fry
