Cabbage Vada

Method
  1. Soak Urad dal overnite or at least for 6hours. Grind it to soft batter just like idli batter.
  2. Cut cabbageinto small pieces.
  3. Grind ginger and green chilles to paste.
  4. Now mixcabbage, salt and green chilli paste to batter.
  5. Heat Oil in the pan Make vadas with your hands and deep fry them .
  6. Serve hot with coconutor ginger chutney.
Ingredients:
1 cup urad dal
1 cup cabbage
1"piece ginger
4 green chillies
salt to taste
oil 200 gms (forfrying)
