Method
- Soak Urad dal overnite or at least for 6hours. Grind it to soft batter just like idli batter.
- Cut cabbageinto small pieces.
- Grind ginger and green chilles to paste.
- Now mixcabbage, salt and green chilli paste to batter.
- Heat Oil in the pan Make vadas with your hands and deep fry them .
- Serve hot with coconutor ginger chutney.

1"piece ginger
4 green chillies
salt to taste
oil 200 gms (forfrying)
