  1. Mix all the above ingredients with water and make the dough by adding one spoon of ghee.

  2. Deep fry in oil until the color turns to golden brown.

Ingredients:
Cashews 150 gms
Green chillies 5 or 6
Onion 2 chopped
Ginger 1 small piece (chopped)
Curry leaves
Coriander leaves
Dalia split powder (pottukkadalai flour) 2 cups
Rice flour 1 cup
Salt
Red chilly powder (if desired)
