Make Paste from Channa powder, adding Chilli powder and salt similar
to the one we use for regular baji.
Cut the bananas in slightly thicker slices and fry them in the
2-3 tbs of oil
Allow them to turn brown and take them and put them aside
Fried banana Baji:
Pour the oil in a Tava and heat them for boiling.
Take the 'Fried Banana slices' one by one, dip them in the Baji
paste and put them in boiling Oil.
Allow them till they turn reddish brown and take them out.
