Method

  1. Boil & mash the potatoes. Clean & microwave Spinach & peas for 5 mins depending on the power of your microwave.

  2. Drain any water if any add the green chilies & dry grind it in a mixer.

  3. Add this mixture in a bowl add the potatoes , bread & all the remaining ingredients add salt to taste.

  4. Then roll them into small rolls. Take a skillet add some oil & fry them till they are crisp.

Ingredients:
1/2 Kg Potatoes
1 bunch Spinach (palak)
100 gms Peas
4-5 slices of bread
4-5 chilies
1/2 tsp of freshly ground ginger garlic paste
