Method
- Boil and cool themilk.Beat the curd lightly.Take one slice of bread, dip it intothe milk and immediately squeeze it with
- your palms shaping it into around slightly flattened vada.
- Place it in a serving plate. Take oneteaspoon of curd and put it on the top of the vada.
- Sprinkle one bigpinch of powdered pepper, and little salt on top of it.
- Repeat withthe other slices.
- Serves four.
Variations :
Sprinkle littlechopped green chillies, chopped ginger, and chopped coriander leavesinstead of pepper and salt.
Garnish with round, thin slice of tomato ontop of it.
