Method

  1. Chop the onions, curry leaves, coriander leaves, and mint leaves and also green chillies.

  2. Mix mida or farine, jeera, salt and above chopped things properly.

  3. Add with curd and make jelly or soft.

  4. Take oil in kadai, warm and keep small quantity of mixed dough with spoon or hand, fry golden colour.

Serve directly or with tomato sauce.

Making time: 15 to 20 minutes and can serve 4 persons

Ingredients:
3 medium size onions
1 cup curd
1 cup mida (farine)
1 bunch green coriander leaves
1 stuk curry leaves
2 bunches mint leaves
3 or 4 green chillies
1 stick jeera (cumin seeds)
salt to taste
1 or 2 cups oil
