Potato Masala Vada

Method

  1. Soak Channa Dal for 4 hours.

  2. Grind Channa Dal, Ginger, Hing with salt in a mixer.

  3. Grate Potato and add it to the grinded mixture.

  4. The mixture should be thick.

  5. Chop onion, green chilli and coriander leaves and add it to the mixture.

  6. Heat oil in a pan and make a ball of the mixture and flat it a little bit and fry in oil.

  7. This is a healthy snack which kids will love.

Soak time - 4 hours.
Preparation time - 30 minutes
Makes - 15 Vada.

Ingredients:
Potato - 1
Onion - 2
Channa Dal - 1 Cup
Ginger - 1 inch
Green Chilli - 2
Hing - 2 pinch
Coriander leaves - 3 tbsp
Salt to taste
Oil for frying
