Grate the white pumpkin and squeeze the water out of it well.
Make a paste of Ginger, Garlic and green chillies.
Mix the grated pumpkin, bengal gram powder, ginger-garlic- green chillies paste, a little salt and make a thick batter.
Make small balls and deep fry them in the oil in a kadai till it turns golden brown in colour and serve it as an evening snack.
If required these can put in a kuzhambu made of onion and tomatoes and taken as a side dish for chapathi, parotta etc.
