Method

  1. Mix all the ingredients and knead to a soft dough.

  2. It should not be very stiff. but watery

  3. Don't pour too much water but watery enough to press in the pakoda maker "acchhu".

  4. Deep fry in oil till golden and drain the excess oil.

  5. Cool it and store in an airtight container.

Ingredients:
rice flour-4 cups
besan flour-1 cup
red chilli powder-1 tsp.
hing- a pinch
salt- as required
water to knead
oil to fry
