Method
- Combine all the ingredients in a bowl.
- Soak and set aside for at least 1 hr for the sago to soften.
- The consistancy should be for making Vadas. If its too thick, add more water/buttermilk else add rice flour to thicken it.
- Take a small qty and flatten it in your palms and drop it in hot oil for deep fry.
- The heat should be med to high. If too hot, the Vadas will brown outside but will remain uncooked inside.
- And if too low, it will absorb more oil.
- Place it in paper towel for the oil to drain and enjoy.
