Custard Apple Smoothie

Method
  1. De seed the custard apple.
  2. In a blender combine all the ingredients and blend for a few minutes.
  3. Serve in a tall glass.
  4. Garnish with cinnamon powder.
  5. Serve chilled.
Ingredients:
1 - ripe custard apple
200 ml - milk
2 tsp - honey
4 - ripe bananas
� tsp - cinnamon powder
8 to 10 - ice cubes
