Halve melon, remove seeds, but retain inner juice if any, by straining.
Peel and finely chop one cup melon.
Chop remaining into big pieces, place in electric blender.
Add sugar, icecream, milk/cream/water, ice, depending on whether you want juice or shake.
Blend till smooth and frothy.
Serve immediately, putting a tsp. of chopped melon in each.
Top with more icecream if desired.
