Method
  1. Wash and chop apricots.
  2. Run biscuits in mixie, till powdered.
  3. Add apricots, sugar, and half cup milk.
  4. Run till smooth, add icecream and remaining milk.
  5. Run again till smooth and frothy.
  6. Pour and serve immediately.

Making Time : 15 minutes (excluding soaking time)
Makes : 2 servings
Shelf Life : Best fresh

Ingredients:
5 dried apricots, soaked overnight
2 ginger biscuits or cookies, crushed lightly
1 tbsp. sugar
2 scoops vanilla icecream
200 ml. chilled milk
