Banana Smoothie

Method
  1. Cut the banana into roundels.
  2. Sprinkle the sugar and mix gently.
  3. In a blender add all the ingredients except mint leaves and blend till smooth.
  4. Serve in tall glasses and decorate with mint leaves.
Ingredients:
6 - bananas (should be firm but ripe)
2 cups - yogurt (beaten)
6 tbsp - honey
2 tsp - sugar
1 tsp - cardamom powder
1 tsp - lemon juice
8 to 10 - ice cubes (crushed)
8 to 10 - fresh mint leaves
